2021 Brut Nature Blanc de Noirs, Mosel, Germany

Somewhat yeasty and clearly herbal-vegetable citrus nose with vegetable and slightly ethereal notes. Tart fruit with resinous, ethereal notes reminiscent of spruce needles, relatively fine perlage, some yeast and crumbly tannin, light woody notes, a hint of wild mushrooms in the background, hints of dark fruit and smoke, good persistence, very good, albeit still slightly drying finish.
