Translate to English Kräuterige, dezente Steinobstnase mit apfeligen Tönen. Am Gaumen mittelkräftig und etwas unruhig, teils eingemachte, ganz leicht süßliche Apfel-Steinobstfrucht, hat einige Substanz und Mineralität, kräuteriger Hintergrund, eingebundene Säure, wird mit Luft kompakter und länger, noch etwas alkoholisch im ordentlichen bis guten Abgang. Braucht Zeit.
