Clear, nutty pomaceous fruit nose with citrus nuances, delicate vegetal to herbaceous notes, restrained barrel tones and a certain minerality. Slender, cool, tart fruit, light nutty and barrel wood tones, fine, lively acidity and some grip, a hint of smoke, certain persistence, minerality in the background, vegetal nuances, elegant style, still young, has bite, very good finish.
