Quite cool, somewhat herbaceous-vegetable and delicately tobacco, bright rather citrusy yellow-fruity nose with restrained nutty-woody aromas, hints of fennel, mushrooms and floral nuances. Cool, bright, delicate fruit, somewhat nutty to woody aromas, fine, quite lively acidity with hints of fennel and liquorice on the palate, tart herbal nuances and very slightly sweet melting, light grip, mineral tones, very good, firm finish. Needs time.
