Cool nose, herbaceous and yeasty notes, hint of bread, citrus and pomaceous fruit, hint of leeks, light nutty, smoky oak, earthy traces. Ripe, juicy, sweetish fruit on the palate, light nutty and delicately smoky oak, hint of bacon and yeasty traces, very elegant acidity, good substance and persistence, polished, hint of white flour, very good sweetish finish.
