Yeasty nose, still slightly sharp and sulphurous, vegetal and herbaceous notes, yellow fruit, earthy and mineral notes. Slightly off-dry, partly candied fruit on the palate, lively acidity, light tannic grip, dried vegetal and light chalky notes, touch of sugar candy, fairly persistent, more sulphurous notes on a good, sweetish finish.
