2020 Westhofen Riesling Spätlese "1736", Rheinhessen, Germany

Relatively cool, floral, somewhat vegetal to herbal and slightly almondy core and stone fruit nose with a hint of raspberries. Still slightly yeasty, sweet fruit with blackberry and slightly minty nuances, lively acidity, some persistence, chalky and salty tones, good, again floral finish.
