Fairly tart nose, dried vegetal, earthy and mineral notes, restrained cool yellow fruit, delicate hint of tobacco, vegetal notes. Fairly juicy, slightly sweetish fruit on the palate, tart yeasty, earthy and mineral notes, nutty and vegetal notes, persistent, slightly sandy tannins provide firm grip, still has noticeable carbon dioxide, white pepper in the background, very delicate buttery notes, nutty notes and tobacco again on a good to very good, delicately sweet finish.
