Fairly tart nose, fresh vegetal and herbaceous notes, light yeasty and earthy notes, restrained yellow fruit, hint of pulses. Fairly sweet, juicy fruit on the palate, yeasty notes, vegetal aromas, again reminiscent of pulses, lively, elegant acidity, fine sandy tannins, delicate floral traces in the background, hint of tobacco, some sugar candy, hint of bacon and juniper, still slightly sulphurous on a good to very good finish.
