2016 Erbach Michelmark Riesling trocken Filetstück, Rheingau, Germany

Cool nose, light vegetal and herbaceous notes, mineral notes, citrus fruit with a whiff of peaches, floral traces. Sweetish, partly candied and preserved and slightly muted fruit on the palate, herbaceous notes, touch of cardamom, light yeasty notes, elegant acidity, still slightly muted by sandy tannins, still has some noticeable sulphur notes, spicy traces, hint of otbacco, sugar candy on a good, sweetish, grippy finish.
