Translate to English Kühler, pflanzlicher und mineralischer Duft nach Zitrusfürchten, etwas Apfel und Pfirsich. Fest im Mund, sehr mineralisch und wieder auch etwas vegetabil, lebendige Säure, nachhaltig am Gaumen, nicht ganz trocken, aber sehr gut balanciert, leichter Gerbstoff, gute Präsenz, zartherbe Note, guter, wenn auch leicht rauer Abgang.
