Im Mund klar und saftig, nicht ganz trocken, sehr feine, präsente Säure, nachhaltig am Gaumen, gute Substanz, leicht rauer Gerbstoff, festes mineralisches Rückgrat, gute Balance, leicht herbe Würze im Hintergrund, guter Abgang.
