2021 Scheurebe trocken, Rheinhessen, Germany

Relatively cool, slightly smoky-reductive, somewhat planty to herbal and hinted at almondy core and stone fruit scent with black berry nuances. Youthful, delicately sweet fruit with still yeasty traces, present acidity, delicate grip, some persistence, salty and chalky tones, good finish with bite.
