Somewhat vegetal to herbaceous, nutty and hints of pomaceous fruit on the nose, hint of green and black berries and butter, light bacony notes. Polished fruit with a delicate sweetish mellowness, lively acidity, light grip, hint of exoticism, some persistence, salty tones, smoky barrel notes, good to very good finish with bite and a hint of whitecurrants.
