Relatively cool, firm, somewhat vegetal to herbaceous, nutty and hints of bacon on the nose, yellow fruit with a hint of tobacco and dark berries. Cool and taut in the mouth, with a hint of citrus zest, crab meat and hints of dark berries, present acidity, has some grip, good persistence, salty and chalky minerality, some depth, hints of Thai mint on a very good, tart and juicy finish.
