Fairly cool, somewhat vegetal to herbaceous, nutty and hint of mushroom on the nose, pomaceous and stone fruit notes, hint of bacon and pumpkin seeds. Polished, firm, juicy citrus fruit with nuances reminiscent of vineyard peach and red berries, lively, yet fine acidity, has some grip, good persistence, maritime notes in the background, quite clear, almost stony minerality, very good, juicy and slightly smoky finish.
