Fairly deep nose, some fresh vegetal and herbaceous notes, nutty and hint of smoky pomaceous and stone fruit, hint of citrus zest, shellfish and red berries. Clear, firm, tart, juicy fruit with a delicate melt, lively acidity, has some grip, good persistence, redcurrants and chives in the background, salty and chalky minerality, some depth, very good, juicy finish with persistence.

Best to drink: Mitte 2025 bis 2030+. What our ratings mean
