Relatively firm, somewhat dried-herbal and delicately floral aroma of partly preserved yellow fruits with a hint of black berries as well as slightly ethereal and earthy hints. Quite firm, polished and sweet in the mouth, with preserved yellow fruit and somewhat black berry flavours, fine, lively acidity, hints of honey and rhubarb, candy tones, moderate grip, good persistence, salty minerality, very good finish
