Relatively cool, still somewhat nutty and yeasty, fine vegetal to herbal and delicately floral scent of rather light yellow fruits with a hint of white almonds and hints of light mineral tones. Quite polished, again cool fruit with herbal hints, fine, lively acidity, lemon verbena on the palate, has some grip and good persistence, slightly salty minerality, sweet melting, very good finish with candy notes, some sugared lemon and quite clear minerality
