Translate to English Fester und herber Duft mit hellen vegetabilen und deutlich hefigen Noten, zurückhaltenden gelbfruchtigen und zart floralen Aromen sowie erdiger Mineralik im Hintergrund. Straffe und kühle, leicht süßlich-säuerliche Frucht im Mund, hefige, pflanzliche und hell-florale Noten, präsente Säure und eine Spur Kohlensäure, noch ein wenig gedeckt am Gaumen, hat Griff, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, guter Abgang mit Biss und mineralischen Tönen.
