Yeasty, somewhat dried floral, nutty and vegetal to herbaceous pomaceous and stone fruit nose with a hint of dark berries, butter and dried mushrooms. Clear, juicy citrus fruit with slightly yellow-spicy and yeasty flavours, lively acidity, noticeable grip, some persistence, salty minerality, very good finish with fresh vegetal notes.
