Somewhat nutty, yeasty, dried vegetal to herbaceous and delicate floral aromas of partly crumbly yellow fruit with a hint of bacon and yellow spice. Straightforward, rather slender, predominantly very bright fruit with a hint of dark berries and dried flowers, moderate acidity, light tannic grip, certain persistence, salty and chalky tones, butter and saffron in the background, good to very good finish.
