Somewhat nutty, mushroomy and vegetal to ethereal-herbal scent of ripe yellow fruit with a hint of caramel. Ripe, slightly creamy fruit with delicate sweetness, lively acidity, has some grip and persistence, salty minerality, peach skin, red berries and verbena in the background, a certain bite, very good, slightly warm finish with smoky, roasted wood notes.
