Firm, fine-vegetable and a touch mushroomy aroma with pome fruit aromas and citrus traces, herbs and a hint of sea buckthorn in the background. Tart, completely dry fruit, yeasty to nutty hints, clearly vegetal tones on the palate, relatively firm acidity and some grip, good persistence, slightly noticeable alcohol warmth, chalky-limy notes in the background, very good, again tart finish with clear minerality. Should no0ch mature a little.

Best to drink: 2024-2027+. What our ratings mean
