Fine vegetal and somewhat nutty aroma with quite noble yellow fruity flavours, delicate tobacco and hints of floral tones, a little ethereal herbs and a hint of mushrooms. Finely juicy, almost cool, tart, bright fruit, fresh root vegetables on the palate, very fine acidity, yeasty traces, herbal nuances and chalky minerality, also some salt, persistent on the palate, restrained power, good depth, still undeveloped, a little pork rind in the background, then also alcohol warmth, black berry traces, very good finish with a hint of caraway.
