Fresh planty to slightly herbal, also a hint of yeasty nose with vegetable and restrained yellow fruity aromas, hints of yellow spice, very light smoke, mushroomy nuances and minerality. Ripe, juicy, a little sweet-melting fruit, fine acidity and some grip, vegetal and a little herbal aromas, clear minerality in the background, quite firm structure, lasting, some power, peppery nuances, very good finish with a hint of mushrooms and a hint of blood oranges.
