Fine-vegetable, cool and polished and a touch herbal yellow-fruity nose with a hint of legumes, celery and pepper as well as nutty, yeasty and mushroomy nuances. Quite polished, juicy, a touch sweetish fruit, very fine acidity, yeasty, nutty, minty and mushroomy flavours, delicate grip, good substance and persistence, light mineral tones in the background, a hint of bacon, very good, quite firm, fine-juicy, polished finish.
