Tart nose, light vegetal, herbaceous and nutty notes, earthy and mineral notes, restrained yellow fruit aromas. Ripe, creamy, slightly juicy fruit on the palate, elegant acidity, herbaceous, light floral and nutty notes, yeasty traces, good persistence, noticeble warm alcohol, hint of red berries, quite creamy on a good to very good finish.
