Translate to English Feine, ganz zart brotig, rauchige und gewürzige Nase nach eingemachtem Pfirsich und Aprikosen mit Tönen von Kandis und Kräutern. Im Mund geradlinige, einen Hauch cremige Frucht mit Noten von kandiertem Steinobst und Aprikosen in Sirup, mineralisch-würzig und nur leicht brotig, eine Spur tabakig im Hintergrund, passende, geschliffene Säure, im Hintergrund zartbittere, etwas phenolische Töne, dennoch recht feine Art, nachhaltig, auch im sehr guten Abgang einen Hauch bitterlich.
