Nutty and a hint of buttery aroma with pome fruit flavours, some root vegetables and a hint of bacon. Very slightly warm fruit, tart nutty-woody nuances, some smoke, root vegetables again on the palate, very slightly sweetish melting, hints of dark berries in the background, a little salt, a hint of drying tannin, good to very good finish.
