Slightly fennel-spicy and a little herbaceous-planty citrus stone fruit scent with floral nuances and a hint of mustard cucumber. Somewhat sweet fruit with pear tones and a little yellow spice, suitable acidity, moderate, a touch opaque phenolic, delicate herbal spiciness, chalky and salty hints, good to very good, a touch drying finish.
