2019 Leistadt Herrenmorgen Riesling trocken, Pfalz, Germany

Delicately smoky, nutty and dried planty to herbaceous scent with yellow fruity aromas, hints of yellow spice, slightly petrol-like traces reminiscent of rubber, dill, partly roasted almonds and some minerality. Sweet, quite juicy fruit with dill, a hint of cream and yellow spice, lively, fine acidity and some grip, quite distinct minerality, red berry hints, good persistence, a little sweetly melting on the finish.

Editor note: Slightly dried floral and herbal scent of yellow and hints of black fruits with a hint of tobacco and mineral and a little nutty tones. Ripe, somewhat warm, partly candied, sweetish fruit, fine acidity and some grip, dried-floral to herbal notes, certain minerality, a touch ethereal in the background, hints of yellow spice, noticeable alcohol, candy notes, very good, somewhat smoky, still almost a little sulphurous finish.
