Relatively cool, somewhat dried herbal and floral fragrance with rather tart yellow-fruity aromas, vegetable tones, a hint of mushrooms and clear minerality. Ripe, juicy, slightly warm and sweetish fruit with herbaceous-vegetable notes and yellow spice, still a hint covered on the palate, yeasty nuances, firm structure, light earthy-mineral tones, good substance and persistence, quite complex and concentrated, very good, sweetish and juicy finish with hints of candy, lots of minerality and still very slightly drying tannin
