Relatively cool, somewhat dried-vegetable to herbal, nutty and hints of animal aromas of predominantly red berries and a little cherry with slightly mushroomy hints and nuances reminiscent of plums. Ripe, dry fruit with a hint of pepper, some nutty wood spice and a hint of juniper, ripe, crumbly tannin, good persistence, salty-mineral tones and very slightly drying wood in the very good, quite juicy finish.
