Yeasty nose, hint of bacon, light vegetal and herbaceous notes, yellow fruit, light earthy and very light peppery notes. Slightly off-dry fruit on the palate, prominent vegetal aromas, hint of bacon, smoky traces, lively acidity, tannins still slightly astringent, good persistence, quite full-bodied, delicate bitter touch in the background, good finish.
