2014 Ruppertsberg Reiterpfad Riesling trocken Reserve, Pfalz, Germany

Firm nose, light herbaceous and vegetal notes, ripe, partly dried citrus and stone fruit, hint of tobacco, prominent earthy and mineral notes. Ripe, juicy, slightly sweetish fruit on the palate, partly dried and candied, persistent, integrated tannins provide good grip, lively, elegant acidity, some depth, prominent mineral notes, still young, but already approachable, clear contours, very good sweetish, juicy finish.
