Translate to English Leicht entwickelter, etwas holziger, röstiger und an Esskastanien erinnernder Duft nach mehr schwarzen als roten Beeren mit ein wenig getrocknet-vegetabilen und erdigen Tönen. Herbe Frucht mit speckigen, nussigen, holzigen und pilzigen Aromen, wieder auch getrocknet-vegetabil und erdig, etwas Biss und leicht sandiges Tannin, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, eher rustikale Art, ganz leicht käsig im Hintergrund, Rauch und Salz im Hintergrund, sprödes Tannin, viel Alkohol, ordentlicher bis guter, rauer Abgang.
