Trockene, zurückhaltende Frucht, recht deutlich vegetabile und wieder erdige Töne, etwas Holz, leicht antrocknender Gerbstoff, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit und wärmender Alkohol, Kakao im Hintergrund, eine Spur Salz, ordentlicher bis guter, leicht gedeckter Abgang.
