Translate to English Leicht gedeckte, deutlich vegetabile Nase mit leicht erdigen sowie grün- und gelbfruchtigen Noten. Gelbfruchtig und vegetabil auch im Mund, feine Säure, etwas Nachhaltigkeit, zart erdige Töne, ganz leichter Gerbstoff, nicht tief, aber gut zu trinken, mineralische Spuren, ordentlicher, herber, ganz leicht antrocknender Abgang. Hält sich noch gut.
