Firm and quite deep, somewhat smoky, clearly mineral nose with restrained yellow fruity aromas, dried herbs, a hint of spring onions and floral nuances. Firm, juicy, slightly warm fruit, very fine, lively acidity and some grip, herbaceous flavours, again spring onions and also a hint of dark berries, persistent, has grip, certain depth, a little yellow spice in the background, fennel seeds and a hint of tobacco, clear, cooling minerality, strawberries, also some mint, very good, grippy, juicy and spicy finish.

Best to drink: 2024-2027+. What our ratings mean
