Relatively cool, somewhat vegetal to ethereal-herbal and almondy core and stone fruit scent with a hint of red berries and some smoke. Straightforward, slightly sweet citrus fruit with a hint of cherries and sage, lively, almost present acidity, hints of yeast, delicate tannic grip, some persistence, chalky notes, good to very good finish with bite.
