Somewhat vegetal to dried herbal, almondy and slightly mushroomy scent of candied citrus fruits with a hint of fennel. Concentrated, very sweet, juicy fruit with noticeable acid bite, light carbonic acid, honey, caramel, radish and hints of verbena in the background, a touch of dark berries, has some grip, dense and persistent, salty minerality, very good, animating, again very sweet finish with plenty of acid bite.
