Slightly herbal and a touch peppery stone fruit scent with citrus nuances and hints of red berries as well as floral and mineral hints. Taut, juicy, not quite dry fruit, very fine, lively acidity, present, tart minerality, fine spiciness, has bite, persistent, still young, smoky and yeasty traces, hints of bacon, good to very good, juicy finish with grip and fine spiciness.
