Firm, somewhat smoky and very slightly spicy, also a little dried-floral and mineral scent with fresh, yet tart yellow-fruity and delicately planty aromas. Tight, cool, juicy, rather tart fruit, planty to herbal and a little peppery spice, lively acidity, lots of grip, smoky, almost a little woody tones, lasting, a little seaweed in the background, still undeveloped, very good, tight, grippy finish with juice, minerality and grip.

Best to drink: Mitte 2022 bis 2027+. What our ratings mean
