Firm aroma of dried stone fruit and citrus fruit with dried vegetal and earthy notes, distinct minerality and a hint of soup herbs. Concentrated, very sweet fruit in the mouth, herbal flavours and earthy-vegetable tones, present, taut acidity, candy on the palate, clear minerality, creamy, dense and persistent, good depth, still very young, has grip and tension, long, juicy and somewhat vegetal finish with mineral tones.
