Cool, fresh and bright, still slightly smoky and reductive, somewhat dried vegetal to tobacco and delicate almondy nose, light yellow fruit with a hint of root vegetables. Polished, firm, sweet, partly candied, predominantly bright fruit with light red berry flavours, a hint of fresh butter and hints of fennel seeds, fine, lively acidity, delicate grip, good persistence, certain depth, chalky minerality, very good, juicy, again sweet finish.
