Cool, firm, delicately floral and slightly candied aroma with citrus and pomaceous fruit notes as well as a hint of almonds and meadow herbs. Polished, juicy, firm fruit with well-integrated sweetness, a hint of citrus zest and honey as well as hints of mussel shells, lively, yet fine acidity, animating grip, good persistence, a certain depth and a lot of tension, rather light minerality, cool planty flavours in the background, very good, juicy, firm finish with bite, light juice and a lot of minerality.
