Somewhat vegetal to herbaceous, nutty and slightly smoky aroma of candied yellow fruit with a hint of mussel shells and hints of dark berries. Polished, firm, incredibly juicy, sweet fruit with light black berry and mint flavours, some honey and a hint of lemon balm, fine acidity, delicate grip, good substance and persistence, some depth, salty-mineral tones, very good to long finish with brilliant juice.
