Clear, cool, increasingly smoky, polished citrus-peach nose with rather cool, fresh herbal-plant notes reminiscent of dill and mineral traces. Slim, bright, cool fruit, very fine acidity and delicate sweetness, herbal-plant aromas, yeasty traces, certain minerality, elegant style, still undeveloped, some depth, a hint of forest berries, firm structure, very good, juicy, cool finish with a fine grip.

Best to drink: Mitte 2025 bis 2032+. What our ratings mean
