Cool, still slightly reductive, somewhat planty to ethereal-herbal and hints of almondy pome and stone fruit scents with a hint of fennel and dark berries. Polished, sweet, partly candied fruit with nuances reminiscent of honey and lavender, lively acidity, delicate grip, good persistence, salty and stony minerality, firm structure, certain depth, very good finish with bite.
